The davelopment.hu website is owned and operated by Dávid Vasadi, sole proprietor (trade name: [davelopment]®; registered seat: Szent István utca 19/C, 2161 Csomád, Hungary; tax number: 92176472-1-33; EU VAT number: HU92176472; registration number: 62508634; e-mail: hello@davelopment.hu). The service provider benefits from personal VAT exemption; accordingly, any prices displayed do not include value added tax.

The services presented on the website include in particular: UX/UI design, website design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing, newsletter campaigns, custom business management systems, appointment-booking and gift-voucher management solutions, as well as Google Analytics integration and reporting. The content displayed on the website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute an offer or an obligation to enter into a contract. By viewing and using the website you accept these terms; the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

All content appearing on the website — in particular text, images, graphics, video, source code and design — constitutes the intellectual property of the service provider or is lawfully used third-party content, and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, modifying or using the content for commercial purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the service provider; viewing for private purposes and referencing (sharing a link) are permitted. The name and logo [davelopment]® are distinctive signs of the service provider, the use of which without permission is prohibited.

Bespoke work produced for clients — including websites, designs, software and systems — is in all cases governed by the separate service or contractor agreement concluded between the parties, the provisions of which are not overridden by these terms. The completed bespoke work passes into the ownership of the client, or into the scope of use defined in the agreement, upon full payment of the consideration and delivery, unless the parties agree otherwise. The service provider is entitled to feature the completed work as a reference, unless the client prohibits this in writing.

The information appearing on the website is of a general informational nature and does not constitute legal, financial or business advice. The service provider assumes no liability for any damage arising from any inaccuracy of the information, from the temporary or permanent unavailability or malfunction of the website, or from the content of external links accessible via the website. The extent of liability undertaken in relation to individual projects is set out in the agreement between the parties; the service provider's liability is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the amount of the fee for the given commission.

The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally; amendments take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
