The data controller processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (the Hungarian "Infotv.").

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message; the purpose of this processing is to respond to your enquiry and to maintain contact, its legal basis is your consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], and its retention period is two years from the fulfilment of the purpose.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address and name; the purpose of this processing is to inform you about our services and news, its legal basis is your voluntary consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], and its retention period lasts until you unsubscribe, i.e. until you withdraw your consent.

If you become our client, for the performance of the contract and for invoicing we process your billing name, address, e-mail address and telephone number; the legal basis of this processing is the performance of the contract [Article 6(1)(b) GDPR] and, in respect of accounting documents, our legal obligation [Article 6(1)(c) GDPR], and its retention period is eight years pursuant to Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

The hosting and server operation of the website is provided by RackForest Kft. (registered seat: Victor Hugo utca 11–15, 5th floor, 1132 Budapest, Hungary), which processes the data exclusively within the European Union. For measuring website traffic we use Google Analytics, and for measuring the performance of our advertisements and for remarketing we use Google Ads, both operated by Google LLC (United States); the basis for the data transfer is the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For the delivery of e-mails we use the services of Resend Inc. (United States), to which data is transferred subject to appropriate safeguards (the Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission). The data controller assumes no responsibility for the data processing practices of third parties.

Our website uses cookies for its operation, for measuring traffic and for advertising purposes. In the cookie banner displayed on your first visit you may enable or disable cookies by category, and you may change your choice at any time. Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the website are always active. Analytics cookies — including Google Analytics (identifier: G-MXYSTX2XXK) — serve to compile visitor statistics, while marketing cookies — including those of Google Ads — enable the measurement of our advertising performance, conversion tracking and remarketing; these are activated solely with your prior consent, using Google Consent Mode. Google Analytics collects anonymised statistics (page views, time spent, source), which are processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. In relation to your personal data you have the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object — in particular in the case of direct marketing — and the right to withdraw any previously given consent at any time with effect for the future. If you consider that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest; website: naih.hu; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), and you may also turn to the courts in the event of an infringement of your rights; such proceedings may, at your choice, be initiated before the regional court competent for your place of residence.
